FAQ

1. How do I take care of my hair extensions?

We’ve put together a hair extension care guide with a video to help you understand how to properly take care of your hair. This is very important, please read our guide!

2.Should I wash my hair before I install it?

Absolutely! The shipping process sometimes flattens the hair and a nice wash or co-wash can really bring it back to life.

3.I’m having a problem with my hair, what do I do?

Don’t worry, we are always here to help. Give us a call or shoot us an email. Our customer service is available during normal business hours from 9-6 Monday through Saturday. Our knowledgeable staff will help you find the solution to your hair problems.

Hair problems like tangling and matting are usually related to a maintenance issue or hair care regimen. Since all hair is natural and can vary from batch to batch, it’s important to use the right hair care products.

Most important, stay calm and remember that there is a solution for any problem.

4.Do you have a wholesale program?

Absolutely. If you are interested in retailing or want to wholesale hair extensions please contact us! We also have an hair extension program for stylists that pays you real commissions so you can increase your earning potential!

5.How often should I wash my hair?

We recommend shampooing and conditioning the hair at least once a week using professional grade products. If you have Clip-On extensions this will be about every fourth wear. Since the hair is no longer attached to a live root, properly cleansing and conditioning your extensions is crucial.

Over shampooing (more than 3-4 times a week) will lead to drying out the hair.

Under shampooing (less than once a week) can lead to build up, which will cause tangling and matting.

6.Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. You will see various shipping options for FedEx and the United States Postal service based on your zip code, state, or country. We do not ship to Mars.

7.What is your return policy?

In a nutshell, we offer a no hassle 7-day refund or exchange (minus shipping costs (for all unused products). Please read our full return policy.

8.Do you offer a guarantee on your products?

We offer a 30 guarantee on our hair products in conjunction with usage of our hair care products. Using high quality products like the ones we have formulated and tested are important. If you experience problems with your hair we can help you through your situation and can even replace your hair after you have it removed and send it back for inspection.

9.My tracking information only says “Label Created.” Help!

Don’t fret. This just means your package has not been scanned by our FedEx or USPS pick up guy. The email is sent when the label is created, but you’ll only see the tracking status update after it’s scanned into the system by brawny Bill or cute Charlie.

10.Can this hair be colored?

Virgin hair can be colored. Since all hair is natural and can vary, some hair may be harder to lift than others. Always remember you can only go 2 to 3 levels lighter with virgin #1B hair. To go lighter will require bleaching, which should be left to licensed professionals.

Our advice is to always have your hair colored by a licensed professional or hair colorist. If you do decide to color your hair on your own, we always recommend you perform a strand test on a small section of the hair. If you need advice, give us a call or contact a professional for more help. Please keep in mind, once hair has been colored your return or exchange is void, and we are limited in how we can help if a problem arises.

11.Can they be straightened, curled?

Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the Brazilian virgin hair .

However, don’t do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
